Education

B.Sc. in Chemistry, University of Leeds, UK (1998)
M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, University of Hull, UK (1999)
Ph.D in Chemistry/Structural Biology, University of Athens, Greece and University of Florence, Italy (2004)

Post-Doctoral Fellow: Rutgers University, NJ, USA (2004-2009)
Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany (2009-2012)

Research

Structural biology / Biomolecular NMR

We are using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) to characterize fundamental cellular processes at the atomic level. In combination with other biophysical and biochemical techniques, we aim to study the structure, energetics and function of biological macromolecules.

Post-Doctoral Associates

Dimitra Keramisanou, Zimmie Zhang

Graduate Students

Adam Aboalroub, Ashleigh Bachman, Stephanie Feola, Radwan Ebna Noor
