Additional Information

Dr. Castle (1916-1999) joined the faculty at University of South Florida as a Distinguished Research Professor in 1981.
Founded the Journal of Heterocylic Chemistry in 1964 and served as the editor.
Hosted the first International Congress of Heterocyclic Chemistry in Albuquerque, NM in 1967.
International Award in Heterocyclic Chemistry (1983).
