Advising Appointments are 30 minute time slots designed for more in-depth advising. Please note, appointment scheduler only books out 2 weeks in advance so plan ahead! Also, same-day appointments cannot be made. If we are booked for a date that you are requesting, please check-back daily to see if more time slots are available.
Keep in mind all Chemistry Advisors track no-shows and cancellations. Students are allowed 2 opportunities to cancel an appointment before they are blocked and unable to make another appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so 2 business days in advance through the online scheduler. This will allow you to reschedule, and it will open that time slot for another student.
If you are blocked due to cancellations or missed appointments, please send an email to chemadvising@cas.usf.edu (from your USF email address) stating the reason(s) you could not make your appointments, with your full name and U#.

Walk-In Advising Sessions are same-day 15-minute time slots for urgent Registration Concerns ONLY. Check-in begins at 8AM. Slots fill quickly - arrive EARLY! Walk-ins are on a first-come, first-served basis! During peak registration and the first week of classes, walk-ins tend to fill up in the first few hours for the entire day.
